E-ONE Sets a Higher Standard for Aerial Fire Apparatus
With zero tip overs in more than 30 years, E-ONE’s performance and safety is unmatched. Leading the way with advanced engineering and innovative design, every E-ONE aerial fire apparatus we manufacture comes loaded with features that enhance crew efficiency while keeping them safe.
EMAX AERIAL
Our eMAX pump location and apparatus configuration is designed to offer maximum maneuverability; maximum storage space; maximum accessibility with low, preconnected handlines; maximum fire / rescue with the ability to carry equipment necessary for fire, rescue and EMS response in one organized apparatus. When coupled with E-ONE’s proven extruded aluminum Hp 75, Hp 78 or Hp 100 ladder designs, all these features combined allow you to maximize your performance with the eMAX by E-ONE.
HP 78
E-ONE’s HP78 features a 825-lb tip load for increased rescue capability and additional reach of similar products in its class. The ToughTruss™ ladder design features extruded aluminum construction that exceeds NFPA’s 1901 requirements with a 2.5 to 1 structural safety factor. No other manufacturer consistently offers you this commitment to safety. In addition, the aluminum aerial will not rust, need painting, or require rung cover replacement, delivering lower life-cycle cost than steel aerials. With the combination of generous compartmentation, ground ladder storage, hosebed and tank size, the HP78 outperforms, out maneuvers and out reaches the competition. E-ONE’s HP 78 – the total package.
METRO 100
100’ reach. Single axle. From E-ONE, the innovator of aluminum aerials, comes the Metro 100 – a single axle, low travel height, aluminum ladder with a 100’ vertical reach.
HR 100
The HR 100 is compact and maneuverable for tight streets. It features crisscross under-slung jacks that require very little space to deploy. Based on the proven HM 100/110 design, the E-ONE HR 100 is compact and maneuverable for tight streets.
HR 100 Tandem Axle
The E-ONE HR 100 Tandem Axle features 100’ vertical reach, 575-lb. tip load ladder with pump, tank and hosebed, all packaged on a tandem rear axle chassis. The crisscross underslung outrigger system with a spread of only 12’ allows the HR 100 Tandem to set up in tight locations, even to the front with all tires off the ground.
CR 137
Buildings aren’t getting shorter. Fires don’t have a maximum height limit. So why should your aerial ladder be any different? Reaching more than 13 stories high, the CR 137 is North America’s tallest aerial ladder offering narrow, criss-cross, underslung stabilizers and a speedy set up – less than 45 seconds. Perhaps the most impressive feature of the CR 137 is its ability to reach a target that is 110’ high AND 80’ horizontally off the side while supporting a 750lb personnel tip load.
AERIAL PLATFORMS
Versatility From The Platform Up
E-ONE’s platforms are all-aluminum for strength and offer dual front gates and a front console that improves visibility. You can add a monitor, lighting and other options that support your crew.
95 PLATFORM
E-ONE’s 95-Platform outperforms the competition with an industry-leading 40-second jack deployment system and full operational envelope with a mere 13’-8” jack spread on a short 245” wheelbase. The criss-cross, underslung outriggers also require less set-up space and allow for increased compartment space than “H” style jacks.
HP 100 PLATFORM
The innovative E-ONE HP 100 Platform is the apparatus your fleet needs to maneuver through congested streets, setup quickly in tight spaces, and handle both rescue and firefighting duties with ease. The HP 100 Platform features crisscross, underslung outriggers with a narrow 15’6” spread that deploy in less than 45 seconds, provide additional compartment space and require less room to set up than “H” style jacks.
